Rental Property & Asset Management – Southwest Georgia United owns, manages and operates 103 single family affordable housing rental units in both Dooly and Crisp County. Southwest Georgia United’s Asset Management division is responsible for the leasing, inspections, evaluations, maintenance repairs, file maintenance, rental collections, and rehabilitation of all units under management. Asset Management continues to remain current with fair housing laws and changes in the housing industry. Southwest GA United Asset Management continues to seek out opportunities to add more affordable housing for the residents of Crisp/Dooly Counties.
